PDF to Word Converter?

I need to get a PDF doc into DOORS and thought if there were a PDF to Word converter, that could help.

Any suggestions?

Thanks; I guess I should have been a little more specific. I've done a bit of that already - I'm mostly looking for free, "tried-and-true", virus-free converter suggestions. I know that PDF can be saved as text, but that doesn't remove headers and footers, and all tables and diagrams get extracted to text - messy to clean up. Therefore, was hoping someone may have an off-the-top-of-their-head suggestion. (pdf to word OR rtf...)

Nuance\PDF Converter 6 isn't too bad as long as you don't interface it to ms office -- the interface is problematic. But as a standalone application the converter is ok for work with doors.

My try :
  • headers and footers are not converted as headers and footers but as text.
  • revision bars are converted as drawings
  • underline is converted sometimes, not always, as drawings

....

Great! At present, I only bought and got the one way Word to pdf converting tool of a reliable Word converter, and I have been looking for a opposite way of PDF to Word document conversion. The word to pdf I am using now is a little complicate because each time I render and convert word to pdf, i have to finish the step of rendering word pages into image froms at first before I can convert to pdf. I wanna know that this pdf to word document converter you recommened is simpler that mine?
